The controller of the data collected through the blog is Studio Legale Tributario Associato with its legal seat at Via Gabrio Casati No. 1 20123 Milano, Italy ("DLA Piper Italy"), the list of the data processors potentially appointed by DLA Piper Italy is available at the legal seat of the data controller. DLA Piper Italy will collect personal data of the users of the Blog only (i) if the users of the blog subscribe with any of the newsletters made available through the Blog and (ii) if the users send to DLA Piper Italy a communication through the email addresses and other communication tools made available through the Blog.
