All interested parties (including broadcasters, producers and media service providers) must communicate their product placement self-regulations to the Italian Communications Authority (Autorità per le garanzie nelle comunicazioni - Agcom), within no later than Monday 6 December 2010. The Authority also requested the parties involved whether they would be interested in setting up a permanent consultation committee so as to establish a common platform for updates and reviews of product placement best practices.
